Why We Built This
Automotive cybersecurity is one of the fastest-growing disciplines in the industry. Yet most of the knowledge that practitioners need to do this work well is scattered across standards documents, conference papers, and internal engineering wikis that never see the light of day.
We built Secure Mobility Systems to change that. Our mission is to produce technical reference material that reflects how automotive cybersecurity actually works in practice; not just what the standards say, but how engineers apply them under real project constraints, regulatory deadlines, and supply chain pressures.

Our Authors
Our content is written by practitioners with direct, hands-on experience in vehicle cybersecurity engineering across both OEM and Tier 1 supplier environments. Our authors hold ISO/SAE 21434 Lead Auditor and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certifications and have worked across EDU development, CSMS design, TARA delivery, and regulatory compliance programs in the European automotive market.
Every title is grounded in engineering practice. No filler. No theory for the sake of theory.
The series is designed as a complete professional library; six titles covering every major domain of connected vehicle security. Each book stands alone as a self-contained reference. Together they form a structured curriculum that takes a practitioner from foundational threat methodology through to advanced topics in software-defined vehicles, AI systems, and autonomous driving security.
